1Boil turkey necks in a large stock pot with seafood boil seasoning mix, spices, and aromatics.BOIL
2After 2 hours, brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Then add sausage and potatoes to stockpot. ADD SAUSAGE AND POTATOES
3After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and add corn. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, or until corn is warmed through.ADD CORN
